Shipping + Handling
All orders will ship in 8-10 Working Days once order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive notification. If production time is longer than usual, you will be notified. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution. We are so excited for the furbabies in your life to receive the magic of crystal healing.
SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES:
- All shipping rates are calculated through UPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
- Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax.
- All packages require signature upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for international duties. International duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Ordering Policy:
We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is custom made to order. The pieces naturally tarnish due to wear and time.
Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, as soon as possible after the order is placed, payment is received, and the order is processed. Please allow 8-10 business days for order processing. Please keep in mind when ordering gifts there is still a processing time for your order regardless of the type of shipping you select. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs will be determined during the check-out process. Cost is dependent on factors such as order size, delivery zip code, and speed of delivery. We offer the following options:

* Reminder that these shipping times do not include the time it takes to process your order. Power Peace Fur babies cannot be held responsible for shipments arriving later than these timeframes nor for any unanticipated delays caused by inclement weather, incorrect/incomplete addresses, customs hold, or other factors beyond our control.
* Every country has different custom charges per US delivery and amount spent. Please keep in mind for ordering overseas as your merchandise might require additional custom charges when arriving in your country.
* For all customers shipping orders to an international location, please provide an accurate phone number and email address when processing your order. Your countries’ customs entity may need to contact you before your package is allowed to clear.
* In order to receive real-time shipping alerts, we recommend signing up for UPS My Choice (https://www.ups.com/mobile/deliveryplanner?loc=en_US). This will allow you to keep track of all your orders and even allow you to change your delivery preferences! Enrollment is free and highly recommended for the best possible shipping experience.
You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We cannot pre-determine customs fees and Power Peace Furbabies is NOT responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Power Peace Furbabies , you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
